Return & Refund Policy

All sales of DTF prints are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for DTF transfers due to improper application or user error. However, we thrive on customer satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to make things right. If you experience a defect related to manufacturing, please contact us at sales@vgracedesigns.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• DTF Transfers (all sales are final)

• UV DTF (all sales are final)
